During my Xmas holiday, I stayed in a hotel in Kayseri and enjoyed the modern architecture and the new and modern bathroom provided by the hotel. the key location was also very convenient for my travel around the city. the overall quality of the accommodation was great.
The lack of service provided by the hotel staff. the lobby was abandoned with no service at all, and the breakfast area had an obvious cleaning problem.

This hotel was a slice of luxury in the midst of our busy itinerary. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our every need, from the indoor swimming pool and sauna to the Turkish bath and jacuzzi. the room was spacious and pristine with exquisite room advantages; we especially loved the bath with complimentary toiletries. the continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. the private facilities were a major bonus.
The only minor issue we faced was with the restaurant. While the food was delicious, the service could have been better.
